Aquavista’s Fettlers Wharf Waterside & Marina gets major investment.
A refurbishment project is underway at Aquavista’s Fettlers Wharf Waterside & Marina near Ormskirk, bringing significant improvements to customer facilities and marina infrastructure.
Due for completion by the end of August 2026, the investment will see the existing showers and toilets transformed into luxury ensuite facilities with power showers and hair dryers, alongside a new laundry room featuring commercial-grade machines and app-based availability monitoring.
The marina will also gain a dedicated dog wash facility, a new customer lounge, and refurbished office and reception areas.
Infrastructure improvements include the refurbishment of existing jetties with anti-slip GRP Duradeck surfacing and the installation of new high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the marina. Additional works will also enhance the overall appearance of the site.
Fettlers Wharf is the latest marina to benefit from Aquavista’s ongoing investment programme, following the recent £1.3 million refurbishment at Nottingham Castle Waterside & Marina.
